Shananacast

Humpday is here once again and so is another episode of SHANANACAST!!
Ok people you disappoint me.. The shananalads left a nice fat shanana for you last week and not one person called them on it… Look I don’t like these pompous jerks anymore then you. So to my surprise when I was given my weekly derka-derka to post for the new episode. It was in fact the wrong episode I was writing about.. “Finally The almighty shanana-asses dropped the ball” I thought “Man are they going to get flooded by emails knocking them down a peg” I said…. But No Not one stinken letter or comment or review was written.. Then I realised that no-one comes to the site I bet, and everybody probably grabs the new ep off of itunes.. Curse you SHANANAclan even in your mistakes a golden shanana can be found..

So what’s on this weeks show?? I don’t know something about the car of the future and safty regulations.. Or maybe that’s just another shananagen.. >=)
So enjoy episode 36 Bye CoCo cause Im sure they jump on the O’Brien band wagon at some point..

My what is that on the horizon? Is it Wednesday, then it must be another episode of SHANANACAST!! Wow this is starting to become a trend.. So what do our heroes gijinbaki and Desert Punk have in store for you this week? Why nothing but the most advanced comedy for the masses… {we say that because no-one gets their jokes..}

So this week the fellas dive into a bevy of boisterous boasting about convicts and meals… No not what convicts get fed, but what America deems as food.. Trust me it’s just filler in between songs but it makes for good listening..

So enjoy episode 34 DEATH FOOD… Cause what doesn’t kill you usually gets you 10 to 20.. >=)

Hello friends gijinbaki here..

This is going to be the last show of the year 2009, and I wanted to take some time to “REFLECT” if you will on this last year in the decade of Aught’s.. This has been a very aught year, it started off with such promise and positive energy.. Then not even two days into the year a young Jett Travolta was the first of many celebrity deaths, and with it the life of the year changed… Life in general seemed to change.

SHANANACAST was touched very deeply by this years random shots. I won’t speak for Desert Punk but the soul of gijinbaki was scared by  Ryu worthy uppercut’s.. For those of you that do not remember SHANANACAST started in May of aught nine, and much like every seed planted this year it’s chance at sprouting into a strong seedling was “Iffy” at best.. Eight weeks later the show was almost killed due to Life commitments..
It was the gijinbaki show for a minute folks, and in my moment of crisis trying to to still believe in the theory of no-gravity, I turned to a long lost friend… No, not friend,, Brother, blood… Then the year of aught reminded me that friends are not brothers, and Blood just means the wound is even deeper then you want to acknowledge… >(

But in the end SHANANACAST stayed alive, and not only that it got stronger.It proved that a symbol can be something more powerful then even shear death itself, if the faith behind it is strong enough.. (Goes back to the whole No-Gravity theory folks, pay attention) .. >=) So now were 32 episodes into a 150 episode run just in time for the world to end in 2012. Ohhh Punk’s going to love to rub that one my face. But SHANANACAST will be right here every week for you to get over that day of Hump…(Wednesday people stay with me..) Even if it has to be solocast from here to there..(Punk has very weird sleeping habits)

So enjoy this year of SHANANACAST all our skits and comedy without all the boring dialogue.. It’s episode 32 aught year.. Just the funny for the fans.. >=)

So What about baki? where does his story go? Surly he’ll see the error of his ways and swallow his pride!!

Well to be fair no-one understands the plight of the common man more then I.. For One can not hide behind a mask if his very being is the mask.. But I will comment on one thing.. To all the people who ever thought i did them wrong, our thought they ever needed some kind of explanation for why I did what I did this year .. “If you cant dedicate one lousy hour a week to listen to SHANANACAST then that proves everything about our relationship..”
But if that’s not good enough for you then I will close out this post by quoting Eninem..

Here it is folks the big one.. episode 30 of SHANANACAST!! I’m telling you Sum Gi I didn’t think they would make it this far.. Not because of the lack of talent or all the dead air, but because I thought they would run out of ideas by now… I mean thirty weeks of horribly voice acted skit’s would have got any other show canceled by now… I will give them credit on one thing though at least their consistent, it has been 30 strait weeks.. >=)

So Gi what are those mumbling Virtual hi-fivers rabbling about this week, so I can spin it into the finest gold you can put in print?? Wait what??
ZOMBIES!!!…. F’n  ZOMBIES?? shocking… what? ohh they talk about pointless holidays too?? Way to step it up your game for episode 30 fellas..Well Gi I guess the most we can hope for is that Mr. Hankey will rise from this giant pile of Turd..

So I guess will call it episode 30 pointless zombie cause, really who cares about zombies around X-mas.. What?? Baki doesn’t celebrate the holidays? hmmm you know that explains a lot…..

Alright It’s hump-day time for another epic adventure of SHANANACAST!!
So what do our heroes gijinbaki and Desert Punk plan on doing this week.. I mean after call’n it in last week they should be well rested and ready for some hi-jinks right?

Well they must have read all the hate mail cause the lads are coming with a powerhouse show of shananatainment.. No they’re not talking about star wars or New moon’s , but they do touch on a subject that is so taboo that the shear mention of it’s name can cause people to turn into foaming hate filled zombies.. That’s right LINE CUTTING…

THAT’S RIGHT I SAID IT!! i dare you not to have an opinion on that. Then a little somethimg for the fans, fans of animation that is. The fellas decide to tackle another daring subject one that could possibly divide their very fan base.. A truly tough subject among aninerds SOUTH PARK vs SIMPSONS!! Who will win in this epic slug fest of yellow titans and colorado kids?? Find out in episode 28 Back Cuts… Ahhh meng this is going to be Epic… or at least an hour of noise to drown out the daily rabble… >=)
